Abhishek Banerjee

Abhishek, as people call him Abhi is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta with 18+ years of experience in various industries including Chemicals, Fertilizers, Capital Equipment, Manufacturing, IT and HR Consultancy.
He started his career as a mechanical maintenance trainee in the Asia’s Biggest Urea Plant of Tata Chemicals and within just 3 months of his stint he was selected in the elite corporate communication team of Tata Group.
Learning along the way he was quick to understand the need of the industry and he shifted his laser focus to manufacturing industry after 3 years of stint and joined Ingersoll Rand which is the biggest manufacturer of centrifugal compressor in the world..
Abhi always wanted to do something more than a technical career, so post his Executive MBA he joined as project lead at Tata Global Beverage in CSR division and post that started to build startups and assist them to create a Go-To-Market Strategy which can get them traction and started helping them to connect them with investors in his network.
This initiative was the start of the journey of VISUDI & Company and Ajay joined him soon to grow it even faster.

An MBA from IIM Bangalore, Certified Project Management Professional – PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Green belt with 16 years of Industry Experience.
Ajay worked in various management positions across major industry segments including Oil & Gas, Power, and Construction. After Seven years of service in the TATA Group, he worked abroad in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region with INDORAMA and WOOD Group as a Management consultant.
